Booking conditions:
Minimum Stay of 5 nights in the high season , 3 nights in the other periods
30% deposit on booking, with a minimum of one night
Payment by cash, check, bank transfer
Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel 45 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit will be returned to the client.
- If you cancel less than 45 days and more than 15 days prior to arrival, 75% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If you cancel less than 15 days prior to arrival, and in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If the client does not manifest before 7pm the day scheduled start of the stay, the owner may dispose of its guest rooms.
- In case of shortened stay, the price reflecting the cost of accommodation is fully acquired
